Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Transfer the peanut butter to a large mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.MIX INGREDIENTS:
Using a spatula, mix the ingredients to form a cookie dough.MAKE DOUGH:
Scoop out a tbsp of the dough. Using clean hands, shape into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.FORM BALLS:
Repeat until all of the dough has been shaped into balls. Dough makes about 16 large balls or 20 smaller balls.REPEAT:
Refrigerate the vegan energy balls for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!CHILL:
