Boil, then simmer potatoes until tender.1
Drain the potatoes, then stir them while they're dry.2
Heat milk and butter with herbs on the stove.3
Pass the hot potatoes through a ricer into a bowl. Make sure they're hot!4
Discard herbs from the milk mixture, then gradually mix the milk into the potatoes.5
There you have it: a perfect bowl of riced potatoes. Enjoy!6
