INGREDIENTSAll-Purpose Flour Granulated Sugar Ground Pistachios Baking Powder Salt Large Eggs Whole Milk Vegetable Oil Vanilla Extract Salted Butter Powdered Sugar White Chocolate
1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, pistachios, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined.
3Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cake tests done.
4Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add melted white chocolate and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
5Spread on cooled cake.
