INGREDIENTSStrawberries Granulated Sugar Lemon Juice Salted Butter Roasted Peanuts All-Purpose Flour Ground Cinnamon Baking Powder Baking Soda Salt Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Large
1Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook until sugar has melted and jam has thickened, about 10-20 minutes.
2Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until well combined and no lumps of butter remain.
3In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
4Beat butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and granulated sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well in-between each.
5Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in vanilla.
6Spoon half of batter into prepared pan. Top with jam. Spoon other half of batter on top of jam.
7Top with streusel. Bake for 50 minutes, or until cake tests done.
