Keto Crab Cakes
Making keto crab cakes in your air fryer means less mess and less clean up. You wouldn’t know they are grain-free and healthy!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: • Lump crab meat • Keto cracker crumbs • Parsley • Green onion • Old Bay seasoning • Salt and pepper • Egg • Mayonnaise •
In a large bowl, break up the crab meat with your hands or a fork.
Stir in cracker crumbs, parsley, green onion, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
Stir in egg, mayo, and mustard until mixture is well moistened.
Form into 4 patties and place on a waxed paper lined plate. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Brush melted butter over both sides of crab cakes.
Air fry at 350F for 10 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through cooking
