INGREDIENTSWhite Chocolate Heavy Cream Culinary Lavender Food Coloring
1Combine cream and lavender. Heat until the cream starts to bubble around the edges. Steep for 5 minutes.
2Strain into bowl with white chocolate. Heat in microwave until smooth. Stir in honey. Mix in food coloring, if desired.
3Pour into a clean pan and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until set. Once set, scoop out truffles. Roll into balls.
4Place in freezer until cold, 15-20 minutes. Dip in melted white chocolate.
