CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZA
STEP 1Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry i n a pan until cooked through.
STEP 2 Using the same pan with the reserved bacon grease, cook chicken breast until the center reaches 165 degrees.
STEP 3 When the chicken is cool, pull it apart into chunks, then mix in a bowl with a couple spoonfuls of your BBQ sauce.
STEP 4Take your flatbread out and place on a cutting board or pizza peel. Brush the top of the flatbread with BBQ sauce.
STEP 5Sprinkle a light layer of cheese over the sauce, then cover thickly with the BBQ chicken pieces.
STEP 6Cover the chicken with a layer of bacon, then a thick layer of cheese. Top with onions and carrots.
STEP 7Cook for approx 6 to 7 minutes, check on pizza frequently – pizza may need more or less time based on your oven.
