Ingredients: -Zucchini -Shrimp -Olive oil -Heavy cream -Gluten free flour (regular also works) -Three cheese blend -Salt & pepper -Oregano -Italian seasonings
Place a large pot of salted water on the stovetop and turn heat to high. While waiting for water to boil, spiralize zucchini.
Remove boiling water from the stovetop. Add zucchini noodles and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, season your shrimp with olive oil, salt and pepper. Sauté until pink (1-2 minutes per side), then set aside.
Next, whisk heavy cream, spices, oregano and gluten free flour together in a small bowl.
Pour sauce mixture into your pan and stir until it thickens, then stir in cheese. Drain zoodles and pat them dry, then add to the sauce!
Add sautéed shrimp back to the pan and mix everything together until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
