  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Wrap the Wontons: Place a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Dampen the edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press edges to seal.
  3. Cook the Wontons: Boil the wontons in water for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the top and become translucent.
  4. (Optional) Serve in Soup: In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add cooked wontons and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes
