• 1\/4 teaspoon kosher salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  1. Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F (165\u00b0C).<\/li>\n
  2. Combine the coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.<\/li>\n
  3. Whip the egg whites and salt on high speed in the bowl of an electric mixer until they form medium-firm peaks.<\/li>\n
  4. Carefully fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture.<\/li>\n
