Summer Fruit Pizza

Our Summer Fruit Pizza is not your ordinary pizza. This vibrant, refreshing, and indulgent dessert is loaded with a colorful array of summer fruits atop a crisp sugar cookie crust, creating a stunning contrast. It’s a whimsical symphony of flavors, bursting with sweet and tangy notes. The creamy layer underneath the fruit provides a luxurious texture and a deliciously sweet note that beautifully balances the freshness of the fruits.

     Ingredients:

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly

    Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the cookie dough over a 12-inch pizza pan, making sure it’s evenly spread.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 16 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let it cool completely after removing it from the oven.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
  6. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Heat the apple jelly until melted and drizzle over the fruit.
  9. Refrigerate until chilled, about an hour, before serving.
