It’s a whimsical symphony of flavors, bursting with sweet and tangy notes. The creamy layer underneath the fruit provides a luxurious texture and a deliciously sweet note that beautifully balances the freshness of the fruits.
Ingredients:
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the cookie dough over a 12-inch pizza pan, making sure it’s evenly spread.
- Bake in the oven for about 16 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely after removing it from the oven.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
- Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Heat the apple jelly until melted and drizzle over the fruit.
- Refrigerate until chilled, about an hour, before serving.
