Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
