Green Goddess Chunky Avocado Salsa
- Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Chop the avocados into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the diced tomato, minced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and minced red onion to the bowl.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the ingredients and sprinkle with salt.
- Gently stir the ingredients until they’re well combined but still chunky.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or store in the refrigerator for up to a day.
