Green Goddess Chunky Avocado Salsa

  1. Ingredients:
    • 3 ripe avocados
    • 1 medium tomato, diced
    • 1 jalapeno, minced
    • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • 1/2 red onion, minced
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • Salt to taste

    Directions:

    1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Chop the avocados into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
    2. Add the diced tomato, minced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and minced red onion to the bowl.
    3. Squeeze the lime juice over the ingredients and sprinkle with salt.
    4. Gently stir the ingredients until they’re well combined but still chunky.
    5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or store in the refrigerator for up to a day.
