Ingredients:

    • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the baking powder, salt, and pepper and sprinkle over the wings. Toss until they are evenly coated.
  4. Place a rack onto a baking sheet and arrange the wings on the rack.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 250°F.
  6. After 30 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Warm up the BBQ sauce and toss the baked wings in it before serving.
