Peanut Butter Blossom Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  7. As soon as the bars come out of the oven, press Hershey’s Kisses into the top of the bars (about 5 rows of 9).
  8. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting them into squares.
