Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

There’s no need to choose between your favorite cookies or cheesecake because, with our Oreo Cheesecake Cookies, you get the best of both worlds. Each bite of these delightful goodies envelops your taste buds with the creamy richness of cheesecake, the chocolatey goodness of Oreos, and the comforting familiarity of homemade cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (for the topping)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add in the flour and mix on low until the flour is incorporated.
  5. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. In a separate bowl, add 1/2 cup of Oreo crumbs.
  7. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop out the cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Roll in the Oreo crumbs and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the tops are slightly puffed.
  9. Cool on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
