No-Bake Strawberry Delight

Delightful Strawberry Cream Cloud

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces of Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pound Strawberries, hulled and sliced

Directions:

  1. Mix together the Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth. Add the vanilla extract and half of the whipped cream. Beat until it’s well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Graham cracker crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
  6. Top with the remaining whipped cream.
  7. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until the dessert is firm.
