Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tequila
  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (such as triple sec)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • Lime zest and additional whipped cream for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pretzel crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, and orange liqueur. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
