Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Chop the iceberg lettuce and arrange it as the base on a large platter.
