Yuletide Honey-Glazed Ham with Brown Sugar & Cloves
Ingredients:
- 1 spiral cut half ham
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan.
- Combine the brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, and cloves in a saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat until it reduces to a glaze consistency.
- Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to get in between the slices.
- Cover the ham with foil and bake for about 1.5 hours, or until heated through.
- Uncover and brush with more glaze. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ham is golden and crispy.
