Savoring a good meal doesn’t mean you have to compromise on your health goals. This Big Mac Salad gives you the best of both worlds – the familiar flavors of a beloved fast food staple, but in a format that’s easier on the waistline. Each bite is a medley of textures and tastes, from the savory ground beef, the crunch of the lettuce, the tanginess of the pickles, and the creaminess of the dressing. It’s a salad that’s hearty enough to stand on its own as a meal, and simple enough to whip up in less than 30 minutes.
