Ingredients:

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3-5 drops of hot chili sauce
  • 1/2-3/4 cup cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
