Banana Pudding Cookie Cups

The beauty of this dessert is that it marries the comforting flavor of banana pudding with the novelty of a cookie cup, creating a perfect dessert that’s both familiar and exciting. Easy to make and even easier to devour, these banana pudding cookie cups are sure to be a hit at your next family gathering or potluck.

   Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) of banana cream pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tub (8 oz) of whipped topping
  • 1 package of vanilla wafers

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the sugar cookie dough and place each slice into the cup of a greased muffin tin.
  3. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. While still warm, press the center of each cookie cup in to create a well for the pudding.
  5. Prepare the banana cream pudding according to package instructions with the 2 cups of milk.
  6. Fill each cookie cup with the banana cream pudding.
  7. Slice the bananas and place a slice on top of each filled cookie cup.
  8. Top each cookie cup with whipped topping and a vanilla wafer.
